Maximum Strength
Have you noticed how some businesses seem to do extremely well, and go from strength to strength, while most just seem confuse with?
Since the beginning of my own business I've met many small owners of the business and what I noticed most of them seem just about get by , but few reach the level of success they are really capable of. Some end of it if not total, some lurch from project to project, and some are OK, but not really achieve success or lifestyle they envisioned when they started their business.
On the other hand, I know a handful of very successful services to owners of the business, which makes high 6 and 7 figure income each year (and rising) – and they work hours, their products and services are not magnitudes better than their competitors and they do not genius!
So what is the difference between successful businesses and struggling businesses?
In a word: Marketing
Because there may be other factors that affect the ability of a business or training to be successful, such the economy, trends, cashflow and product / service quality, or change, as one of the differences between successful high-flying businesses and their struggling counterparts is good marketing.
Here's the lament of a survey answering which is typical of the angst felt by service owners business that I know them a good job, but do not understand why they do not have a queue of clients to their door:
"I our products and services are good – we get good feedback from clients we worked with – but we still have trouble getting potential customers that you purchase our offer services of real benefit to clients but we are not successful as we should when we see what other offers the company (not as much) and yet still very successful. "
If you offer a quality service or product that produces good results for your customers or clients, and yet you are still struggling to get all clients you want or need, or to charge the fee you qualify, you are likely to have problems with marketing.
What is very successful in the business owners that others do not?
The first thing they do is to realize that their main goal is to build their practice or client base. In the words of Michael Gerber (who wrote The E-myth) they "work their businesses, not their business ". What this involves is making time for business work – in particular the marketing and product or service development, rather than spending all their clients during handling, delivery of services and dealing with administration.
They also find a place where you They get "leverage". Put simply, it means having the highest return for every hour they work. Instead of trading hours for pounds or dollars, they find ways to do the work once and get paid for it many times. They find ways to market their services of one of many, instead of one to one (thus reducing marketing and sales effort and time). They delegate the tasks that take a lot of time (but not add much value in terms of moving the business forward) or where they are not skilled in such as admin, accounting, website maintenance and copywriting.
They also develop a success mindset, understand their strengths and weaknesses, take risks, innovate, hang out with other successful people and develop a support network around themselves.
But above all, for they know how to market their businesses and create a marketing system that keeps a steady stream of prospects knocking at the door, without taking up all of their time!
